Update 2021: Still tastes awesome and has super friendly owners that go the extra mile to make you comfortable. On hot days they serve you cold ice tea even for take aways so you stay refreshed. Top service, top taste

Super tasty, the gua Bao and the Jian Bing were fantastic. The beef in the Noodle soup fell apart, the Sian Chai mixed so well with the taste and the Tea Egg was delicious. The Koriander topped it of and rounded it up.

The stuff is super friendly nice and attentive and the store looks super neat and clean.

Finally another great place that doesn't serve the same Chinese Germanised food. A delight to eat here. Definitely coming back for...

If you are looking for delicious authentic and modern Asian food, this is the place to go! The taste of the food is so rich and at the same time very well-balaced, you can find traces of Japanese, Chinese, Korean and south east Asian food, everything harmoniously mixed together. I visited East with my family during our vacation in Saarland and we were all amazed by the food. We ordered the Chinese pancakes as appetizer, and noodle as well as poke bowls. Everything was delicious! The homemade ice tea was very nice as well! We actually wanted to order the pancakes as "dessert" but we were too full! If we would live around Saarlouis, we would definitely come by more often! I wish we could have such a nice place in Aachen as well! The owners of East are very nice and friendly! I can only recommend this restaurant and hope to re-visit one day! Best regards...

Really good authentic chinese food! I usually resist to eat at a Chinese restaurant as I would often be dissapointed, BUT I'm so glad I walked into this great restaurant.

Very friendly service by the owners of the shop. Clean open kitchen and very delicious food for a very affordable price.

Their specialty "pancake" is an infamous everyday dish from the north of China (Tianjin).

I would recommend everyone that passes by Saarlouis to try out their food.
