Dang - Asian Cooking — Restaurant in Stuttgart

I started using the app, but below 20 Euro, I could not finalize the order. So I went in person. Waited ~15 min (Sunday 7pm) for 1 dish. Noodles with crispy chicken. Food was freshly cooked. Thus, 2 stars. But it had very little taste. Chicken on top of a LOT of noodles. Hardly any sauce, so the noodles were rather dry. Chicken was good. Mixed salad simple but ok. Dressing with little taste, rather watery. Overall, not worth the price (14,90€).

Food was extremely underwhelming, considering we've had such great experiences in the past. My dish (58) stated it has coconut milk, but there's none and it's extremely salty, I also didn't receive rice for it. The fried noodles (60) were chopped up really badly and very poorly cooked. The tuna sushi meat looks like it was frozen and thawed multiple times, it was off color.

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahre hierher, vietnamesisches Essen ist einfach so gut! Ich empfehle das Com Ca Ri Do (gibt es in verschiedenen Ausführungen, ich nehme immer vegetarisch). Außer einem einzigen Mal war es immer eine leckere Offenbarung, auch der Koch darf einmal einen schlechten Tag haben. Die Innenausstattung ist ganz süß, die Toiletten teilt sich das Dang mit dem Imbiss von nebenan. Seit der Pandemie stehen vor der Kasse Tische als Abtrennung, das finde ich nicht so gemütlich, vielleicht wird es irgendwann wieder abgebaut. Die Öffnungszeiten sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, wochentags von 11:30 - 14 Uhr und 17:00 - 21:00 Uhr. Sonntags nur abends von 17:00 - 21:00 Uhr und samstags geschlossen (wir standen schon sehr oft samstags traurig vor verschlossener Tür)...
