The positive thing at the beginning. The pizza tasted really good. If you like thin crusts and an average topping this is your go to place. I prefer thick crusts but still I want to review the taste.

The negative things about the restaurant, for me the owner was not friendly. I got a feeling of burden to him. Or not being welcomed. We waited a couple of minutes to order but in between pur waiting, others could order whatever they want.

One pizza came out wrong. It happens and while there was no problem in taking back the wrong order and getting the right one, there was a problem at the cash out. We payed too much and not for the right reasons.

On an advertising chart it says, open throughout the day. But when we were sitting down, the owner came and said we have a break. So we came back later.

We or I don't have a problem with change of plans or be careful with something but if the tone is setting the mood to an angry "what do you want" I'll think twice to eat...

We stopped in Stuttgart over night from our skiing. Located near the Porsche factory to have a tour guid through the engineering genius. Naturally, after check in in the nearby hotel kids asked for food. Google map showed il Sole as one of the closest open till late restaurants. A small restaurant attached to the local tennis club is run by the passionate Italian, who retained the Italian chatty atmosphere, generous portions, simplicity of the dish, super fresh ingredients and elaborate style of serving:) The people in the restaurant, seemed to be very local. As a couple, we had a mixed starter plate, a pizza and a steak with gorgonzola sauce. The starter plate was very nice with various offerings, but not worth the 16€ price tag. It should have been around 10€, given the amount of food and given that nothing had to be cooked. The pizza was quite ordinary. I expected much better from an Italian restaurant.
