I don’t know where to begin… This place doesn’t even deserve that one star… We had a reservation and we were late 15 mins due to the traffic of Wasen.. Guess because of this little delay we were treated like sh..? The rude german waitress pointed to a table in the back so we were heading towards a normal sized table next to the window. She followed us and told us no, not this table but a little mini desk “suitable for 2 person“ right next to the Garderobe. (It was so close, that every single time a person hang up a jacket, i had to lean sideways and the jacket would still touch my side… wouldn’t you be disturbed by this during eating?) Okey so we sat down to the minidesk and 5 mins later 2 older woman came and got that bigger table we wanted to sit in the first place. So what now? They dont count as 2 person or what???? Oh and not to mention, that there were still free bigger tables when we left!!!! What a Frechheit!!!! Yes you bet it right it goes on and on.. the 2 woman who came after us were served first!! They already had their plates when the asian waitress (who -btw- was nice) came and asked what we wanna order.. About the food: quality was great but then thats it. Who knows even a little abt vietnamese kitchen will know these dishes weren’t even close.. all what we ate was tasteless and blank. The spring rolls literally tasted like the vegetable oil it was fried in, nothing else. The mango salad was a dessert not a salad.. 😂 they don’t know spices? The sauces we got were so little, watery and bland. Portions are small and overpriced. Now the big finale. I ordered a nice drink (or so i was thinking…) i took a single sip and it was so sour like i was biting in a lemon. i couldn’t drink it.. i sent it back. fortunately we didn’t have to pay for it. What a big disappointment!! NEVER EVER AGAIN
I really don’t get it why ppl giving...

The restaurant is pretty, the 8€ water with ginger juice looks pretty too and tastes ok. The 9€ summer rolls (3 halfs, which had undercooked shrimp) are good but difficult to eat with all the pretty herbs sticking out 2 inches on top.
I wasn't impressed with the duck rice noodle dish. It looked like a lot of food when it was served, but it was actually only garnish salad leaves that propped up the food off the bottom of the plate. Rice noodles were cut up short like you'd do it for child but had endless carrots and zucchini noodles throughout for looks. Duck didn't taste like much a bit chewy, skin was gummy and soft. I didn't finish it.
But, the servers are very attentive and very polite and the restaurant has nice interior. Unfortunately, I left the restaurant with a...
Read moreI loved the atmosphere, the green around and the lanterns. The interior/exterior decorations gave you the impression to be in a corner of another country. I was sorry for the waitresses, they looked tired and worned out even if we went to dinner a Sunday and the place was half empty. Food was tasty and clearly healthy, full of fresh vegetables and spices. I have to mention the drinks, for me that I do not drink alcohol, there was a wide and interesting selection of tea and cold tea combination. Overall I recommend the place and if the owner manages to make the waitresses happy it can get the star missing. Let me check again in a...
