Saints & Scholars Tübingen — Restaurant in Tübingen

We had reserved a table for 14 people several days in advance, for Friday evening at 19:00. The tables were reserved, but weren't put together when we arrived, which we had to do ourselves. That I could even understand. But as we were leaving after ordering food and several rounds of drinks, amd leaving tips, we were asked to put the tables back as they were. We didn't, since we thought it could not be true, and as we were leaving, we were reminded (and not kindly) to put the tables back ourselves. Surely this is the job of the staff? I have never been asked to rearrange the tables myself anywhere. I used to be a waitress for several years, and this is a no-go...

The food was good. The problem is that the last 2 times we were there the service was horrible. We waited almost one hour from our order and when we asked to pay the bill, the waiter told us that that was not her job and not her table, that she will call the person that's in charge of the table. We tried again with another waiter but was the same. In the end after almost 1 hour we called and say that we where outside and wanted to pay and if they didn't come in the next 5 minutes we were going. Obviously that worked. I think before was better because of that we will not be...

been there a few times, although only when others took me with them, not very cozy, not very affordable. don't get me wrong, food is good and drink is too, so is the service. But it's just not worth it for me somehow.

If i wanted to eat for that kind of money I'd go somewhere else and if I wanted to drink for that kind of money i would definitely go somewhere else, simply because it is not my kind of atmosphere, but that's something you'd have to find out for yourselves. beer is like 5€, food at least 10€, probably more like 15-20.
