Biebelhausener Mühle seit 1647 GmbH — Restaurant in Trier

Today at 12:00 i visited the place with my 2 kids. I wanted to wait over the bad weather while my car was repaired. I bought something to eat and a coffee. The lady that was working there was very impolite, mobling something that she needs to walk from one end to the other to make the coffe. I sat down and after a while the lady came to clean the tables, wash the floor etc. It was obvious that she had something against that we are there. She started to state that we i need to have a booster or a test. After few words of pointless discussion i left. I check the rules again and obviously she was not informed correctly. I showed her the official site but she refused to understand the official rules. Bottom line is that the employees are impolite and not up to date with the rules. They try to follow rules that they do not understand. A very disappointing...

Am 2.Oktober habe ich in der Filiale der Biebelhausener Mühle „Über Brücken“ Pflaumenstreuselkuchen gekauft. Nachmittags beim Kaffeetrinken mussten wir feststellen, dass die Pflaumen nicht richtig durchgebacken waren.Sie schmeckten so als wenn sie gerade gepflückt worden wären .Der Teig war glitschig und ließ sich kaum portionieren.Wir waren froh, dass wir keine. Haben einen Kaffee bestellt. Latte macchiato und einen Cappuccino. Haben nur 2 Kaffee Crema bekommen . Laut Verkäufer wären das die Getränke. Verkäufer hat keine Einsicht gezeigt. Dies war das letzte mal wo ich einen Kaffe getrunken habe in dieser Firma .

Habe eine Email an die Bäckerei geschickt aber von denen kommt keine Antwort. Naja das nennt mal...
