This restarurant has poor service quality. I was there with my partner yesterday. He didn't get his drink, we needed to two time ask for it. After the appetizer - which came after 30 minutes we've been waiting (and the all of the tables around us) one hour until we had something to eat. By most of the tables the half of them get something, the other half not. After that the most people got angry they started to do it faster - against the quality of all the things. The rice was not enough - one little plate of rice for two person? Joke.. I wanted to ask for more sauce - you know, mango, mint and the chilli - and the waiter said we've no more sauce, this should be just once served. (Whaaat????) This was the point that I get really angry. The second plate of rice he brought us without kindness. The quality of the meal was also not okay, it was chewy, a bit raw, and just tasted like chilli, not spicy with flavour at all. I wanted to eat a traditional eis. After we've been eaten that almost raw thing - because we were pretty hungry - the waiter came to us (Almost with guests behind him who wanted to seat.) and said that he did not ordered my eis, he wanted to after our meal. I said, okay I'd take it home. He: It will be probably melted! (I said in myself: Who cares about your opinion?) So, I said that I'll not to eat anything more. Then he brought us the bill! This restaurant is absolutely bad. Bad service, bad communication with the kitchen, lazy kitchen, unpolite service, and the clothes of the service women is a bit funny - they are working in baseball caps and sneakers in an elegant restaurant and blockdesigned shirts-jeans combo. We're coming NOT EVER MORE...

This wasnât my first visit to this restaurant â and it definitely wonât be my last.
If you're not paying close attention, you might walk right past it. Itâs tucked away above what looks like a regular pub, so spotting an Indian restaurant there isnât obvious at first glance.
One thing that immediately stood out: a large group of people from the Indian community were dining there. Thatâs usually a great sign when it comes to authentic food â and it definitely was.
I had the 24-hour marinated chicken, and it was absolutely sublime. The staff ask how spicy youâd like your dish: sweet, mild, spicy, or âspicy spicy.â I wasnât sure anymore what I used to choose, so I went with âspicy.â Next time, Iâll go all in and try the âspicy spicyâ version.
The food came out quickly and was full of flavor. You donât need to order naan separately â itâs included with the meal, and you can even ask for more if you like. Thatâs a nice bonus you donât get everywhere.
The premises are in an older building, but the space is clean and surprisingly bright. The dome ceiling gives it a unique and...
Read moreWe were staying at the Best Western close by and were looking for places to eat and found this one! Totally unexpected was the crowd at this place - we had to wait 15 mins for a table but it was totally worth it. We were not expecting Indian food in Germany to taste this good but it was the best.
We had the Murg pakoras that were just so good without being oily. We also had the paneer masala + naan and rice and omg it was soo good. We were not expecting to have Indian food while traveling to Europe from India but this really made us feel right at home. The taste was very good - tasted authentic, spicy and right. It was a very fulfilling meal. Basis the experience here - we actually went on to try a couple more Indian places across Germany and loved it everywhere but this was easily one of the best Indian places across the places we went to.
Definitely try it - but also make sure you reserve a table or call ahead or you will have to wait 15 - 20 mins to get seated.
Absolutely amazing place. The ambience is also very nice and the staff at the hotel are very courteous - had tons of vegetarian...
