MiKenzo Japan Sushi, Vietnamese & Laos — Restaurant in Ulm

The waitress gave me the wrong food. But I don’t know the difference, I don’t know how the food looks like and I ate it. But I found the difference when I pay bills. I was trying to correct it and all I need is just an apology but they said it is not only their mistake also mine. After a bit of arguing they refunded the difference but I didn't take it, it wasn't only about money. The restaurant served the wrong food but blamed the customer, with a bad attitude. Unbelievable! Radiculars! Black list !

Follow up: The chef of this restaurant, a black man and an Asian man followed me out and threatened me. If it wasn't for an older Asian male who came out and stopped them, I would have almost called the police. Is this restaurant a gangster? I didn't expect to have such an experience in Germany, outrageous!

I didn't yell at the waitress, just because the waitress refused to admit that it was the responsibility of the restaurant to serve the wrong dishes, and her attitude was still very bad. My voice might be a little loud when I reasoned. Not accepting customer feedback is unprofessional, stalking and intimidation are even illegal. No one is spitting, this restaurant is making up a story, it is shameful to frame it. It seems correct, this is a restaurant run by a gangster, everyone be careful.

Regarding this matter, I have filed a report with the police office ULM.

Man brachte uns das Essen, nam uns es dann wieder weg weil es das falsche war, als wir sagten wir würden es aber trotzdem nehmen ( wir hatten es schon seit mindestens 5 Minuten und haben schon von der Platte gegessen und alles angefasst) sagte man uns sie müssten es aber einem anderem Tisch bringen da sie es ja nicht alles neu machen könnten. Also bekamen wir dann 5 Minuten später eine neue Platte und der Tisch, von dem wir das Essen hatten gleichzeitig auch. Also ich weiß nicht wie es anderen Leuten geht, aber ich wurde es als Gast unfassbar ekelhaft finden das schon angefasste und angefangene Essen von anderen zu bekommen. Das ganze ist natürlich auch gesetzlich und hygenisch nicht erlaubt. Als man die Kellnerin beim bezahlen dann darauf ansprach verneinte sie natürlich alles ( Zuvor hat sie uns ganz klar gesagt sie wurde es dem anderem Tisch bringen und das gegessene auffüllen so hat sie es gesagt und hat auch jeder dort gehört) und sagte sie hätten alles neu gemacht. Eine Entschuldigung gab es natürlich auch nie. Auch wenn sie es neu gemacht haben, wie kann man sich hinstellen und den Gästen sagen das angefangene Essen beingt man jetzt einem anderen Tisch?? Und das hat sie gesagt, hat ja auch jeder dort gehört. Auf Hygiene wird dort aufjedenfall nicht geachtet. Also ich war schon wirklich bei sehr sehr vielen Guten Restaurants und wenn so viel schief läuft ist wenigstens ein Entschuldigung sehr angemessen. Ich hoffe da schaut nicht mal ein Hygienekontrolleur vorbei…

Nachtrag: Auch wenn es weggeworfen worden ist, schlimm genug das es noch Restaurants gibt die so eine unfassbare Lebensmittel-verschwendung begehen. Außerdem auch einfach eine fehlende Kommunikation wenn man seinen Gästen beim wegreißen des Essens sagt, man wurde es auffüllen und anderen bringen… Da kann sich glaub jeder ein Bild drüber machen aber ist einfach nicht sehr...
