What kind of authority does the shop owner give his employees to treat all customers, including tourists, as thieves? They do not give shopping baskets to customers while they are shopping. When customers carry the products they are going to buy in their hands, they accuse them of shoplifting. Employees receive a bonus for doing this. Customers are unjustly humiliated and accused without the camera footage being reviewed. This unjust gain, which violates business ethics, leads to both customer loss and reveals prejudices against tourists. What kind of authority does the shop owner give his employees to treat all customers, including tourists, as thieves? Subjecting people to legal proceedings by acting prejudicially on the basis of skin colour, ethnic origin or nationality is contrary to commercial ethics. If the city administration of Ulm, Germany, wants tourists or skilled workers from different countries, it should monitor such shops more closely and...

NOT the most organized Douglas store, that I've been to!

Staff could be far more professional, there wasno one available for product information, unfortunately a very unpleasant long wait on the cash counter, too.. although the store was literally empty!!

Please serve your (loyalty card) customers with much more care and be very attentive!!👎🏼

Update of the visit from September 2021

Service has actually gotten worse!!

For a simple request of a foundation I've been sent backwards and forward from one Sales woman to the next.

Unfortunately none of them has actually been very friendly nor knowledgeable about what items are in stock and available in general.

We're talking about the price segment of cosmetics 💄 ranging from Chanel to Dior and Yves Saint Laurent! I'm expecting impeccable service here +(plus) I'm a loyalty card owner!!

Today I had to revise my review from initially three (3) to one (1) star!

An advice to the blond lady working there :if you don't know something just say I don't know! I was there yesterday and I was looking for a Guerlain foundation and she gave me something different from what I was looking for and I trust her but when I went home and opened it it was totally different from what I know... Please we are putting money so don't sell things just to sell regardless the customer satisfaction... I am sure if I go there and complain no one will react which is strange in a big worldwide name like Douglas!! Honestly I will never go back and never ever ask for a help from the ladies...
