“All you can eat” buffet dining: Food 3/5 | Service 0/5 | atmosphere 4/5. Although I expect bad quality and minimal service at a “All you can eat” restaurant , I was highly disappointed and convinced to never dine in this restaurant ever again.

Food: I gave 3 stars for the food due to the fact that it was not fresh at all. Nevertheless, If you picked the right dishes from the “all you can eat” buffet, like rice and the soups, you can actually enjoy your food. All in all, the experience with the food was okay for an “all you can eat” restaurant (with low standards)

Service: Unfortunately the service was really bad. If I could give 0 stars for service on Google reviews, I definitely would for this restaurant.

One server kept taking my plates away even though I was not finished with eating the foods present on the plates, i even told him, and he ignored me telling him.

It is quite sad that staff members insult their guests ( not in German and/or English of course, but in their mother-tongue). Being a white man who studies Asian languages and specifically Mandarin and Cantonese, I understand most of the common native insults even in different dialects, even in Yue (Cantonese), Xiang (Hunanese), Min dialect, Gan dialect, Wu dialect, and Kejia or Hakka dialect.

Every time I stood up to get something to eat from the buffet , the cook/chef responsible for grilling/cooking the meat that is available on the buffet, would insult guests with common native insults behind their backs, he even did it to me. Please Keep in mind that I was being polite and up-most respectful to everyone there.

I really wonder why he was being so rude and disrespectful towards the clientele at his own restaurant…

Most of the other staff members were decent towards the guests. I am using the word “decent” due to the fact that no staff member ever uttered the word “please” or “thank you”, all of them were acting really robotic. Nevertheless, there were only two staff members who were disrespectful, and that is why I am writing this severely bad review for the service of this restaurant.

Atmosphere: the atmosphere of this restaurant is actually quite nice and pleasant. To be honest, it is close to perfect, that is why I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere. The decorations are quite neat and the tables and chairs are comfortable. Most of the restaurant seemed clean.

Conclusion: it is really sad that this restaurant is polluted by rude and disrespectful staff members. The food was okay and the atmosphere is quite nice. I would probably dine there again if it wasn’t for the staff member who was insulting guests. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE NO GO!

Price: around 30euros for “all you can eat” buffet and a drink.

NOT RECOMMENDABLE!

Food are OK, But Behaviour is very bad and rude. Today I went there with one of my friend during launch time. I chose to go with normal buffet and didn't order for any drink, to avoid the sugar waters. The lady asked me repeatedly at least 3 time about the drink, I know you make more money to sell drink then food, but you should give the respect to any one's choice. During payment my amount was 9.00€ so I asked that can I pay by EC card or not, this time it was another one lady who was getting the bill, so she happily accepted the card, and on that moment the another lady who was compelling for drink, she suddenly jump-in and started literally screaming, why I am pay by EC card as my bill was less then 10€. it was not my fault, I asked their choice, they told they can accept EC card but the other lady do not have any right to behave rudely with any one, she was trying to make me guilty as I paid by EC card. Yesterday I witnessed a simply terrible attitude of an employee towards customers. It seemed that he simply set himself the goal of humiliating customers. There was a group of three young people who were eating and having fun. But the employee simply picked on them from the very beginning: you took a lot of food, you have a lot of plates, you can't go to the toilet, you can't go outside, you can't take the supplement. He simply behaved as aggressively as possible towards those people. It's terrible. It was as humiliating as possible. People go to such establishments to have a good time and eat. What's the difference between how much someone eats, if they've already paid for it. And if you don't like that people eat as much as they want at your place, then why even open a catering establishment with a buffet concept? I was there yesterday for the first time, but after what I saw there yesterday, I won't go there again and I don't recommend going there to others.
