We came for lunch, took far too long to be given menus. We were ignored for so long I had to walk inside and ask for someone to come and take the order. We ordered and twenty minutes later the drinks still hadn’t arrived while three tables who had arrived after us were brought their drinks. The meat was well cooked and tasted good as did the chasseur sauce but the fries were tasteless and felt like they came out of a freezer. Not good enough. The service was atrocious, the lack of attention and professionalism ruined what should have been an enjoyable lunch. The two stars are for the food minus the fries. With all the reviews talking about terrible service and not clearing away plates after eating (our too were left uncleared) you would have thought that the management would have listened and addressed their shortcomings. This place changes every month, sometimes very well, sometimes very bad, sometimes good staff, sometimes not. I was so ashamed when I invited my business partners from other countries and it was just disgusting. I advise you not to order steaks, meat of poor quality, and every time it is a lottery how your steak is going to be cooked.
