Schade das Familie Scaldelai ihr Venezia abgegeben haben 😪 Allein schon der Eingangsbereich sehr beengt und innen fast keine Sitzplätze mehr. Innen ein DIN A4 großes Schild : Selbstbedienung 🤔🤔???? Ich fragte nach der Eiskarte. Gibt es nicht müssen Sie rausgehen. Ich schaute etwas irritiert stand auf und ging nach draußen. Ja da hängt ne Eiskarte. Und dann? Reiss ich die Tür auf und schrei rein was es alles gibt?? Oder versuchen alles zu merken bei allen anderen aufzählen und bis wir bestellen können hat jeder schon vergessen 😂😂 ne das wird sich so in Aalen nicht lange halten. Ich für meinen Teil war seit Besitzerwechsel einmal und nie wieder

An einem heißen Tag haben wir im Außenbereich des Eiscafe Venezia Platz genommen, um einen Eiskaffee zu genießen. Der Kaffeegeschmack war sehr gut und hat uns überzeugt. Leider war das Bourbon-Eis im Eiskaffee mit gefrorenen Wasserkristallen durchsetzt, wodurch der Genuss etwas getrübt wurde. Geschmacklich wäre er sonst perfekt gewesen, daher gibt es hierfür einen kleinen Minuspunkt. Die Bedienungen waren jedoch sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, was den Besuch insgesamt angenehm gemacht hat.

The staff was very friendly. A little bit irritating for me was that I had to order in front and the dishes I had to get at the counter. No waiter or something like that. The different ice creams had a good taste but compared to other ice cafes the variety...
