Deli — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Konstanz

My experience at this restaurant was rather disappointing. While the initial impression may seem promising with its decent ambiance, a closer look reveals a lack of attention to cleanliness, particularly in the disgraceful state of the toilets. The food, albeit overpriced, failed to impress with its bland taste and lack of creativity. The drinks were passable, but the pricing left much to be desired. The only redeeming factor was the dessert, which was both generous in size and enjoyable in flavor. However, the unfriendly demeanor of the staff, exemplified by the rude manner in which the menu was slapped onto our table without so much as a greeting, further detracted from the overall experience. Not a 4 stars because of the below:

When we did arrive I had to clean the place where I was sitting, I am expecting a bit more from a restaurant to always have clean places that’s the basic.

The waiting time seemed too long for us between the starter and the main dishes, there is definitely something to do about that.

A bit of noise but it is what it is for a Saturday night.

Other than the above points it is definitely a nice place, recommended if you are in Konstanz or passing by.

The service is also a nice one and definitely the food is excellent, other than the “negatives” points above I would actually give them a rate of 4 stars.

P.S: One thing to know is that they give you enough to fulfill your appetite so maybe try to not eat that much before to go to...

This quaint and incredible all-around Café/Delicatessen/Restaurant/Sushi and Japanese Bar/Breakfast and Brunch Place is a great Shopping Center 🛍 innovation found on the 1st Floor of the now famous Lago Mall in Konstanz, Germany. They have FRESH deli meats and fruits, fantastic bread, great seafood from the Japanese section (opens at 11:00am onwards), and very attentive waiting service. If you ever go to Lago Mall or Konstanz in Germany for shopping, tourism, or a short vacation, this is a great watering hole and eating place.
