I am very appalled with this restaurant!!! This is by far my worst restaurant experience!!!

During our meal my friend unraveled a long black hair in the duck it was rapped around the duck buried in the gravy, that put us off of our meal. A waitress saw what we found as she was serving at the table next to us she said I will be with you,after many trips to different tables she came back she put her fingers into the plate pulled out the hair and played with it stating "This doesn't look like mine " She offered us coffee, took the plate and apologised The manger arrived at our table shortly after holding a tissue the hair was inside, his body language was aggressive as his had both hands on our table with a hunch back lending towards us, invading our personal space I was very uncomfortable , he unfolded the napkin and put it on the plate of my friend, he mention that all his kitchen staff where men and did not have straight long Black hair, he played with the hair in the plate of my friend, He then said in a very aggressive manor

"So, I just want to know how this hair got here " the questioning that followed was almost like an interrogation.

We remained calm and polite, stating that we did not like that he brought the hair back and that we did complain, he stopped and took the napkin and walked away, he did not apologise.

Shortly after leaving, I had many trips to the toilet and...

First thing first, the staff is outright racist. If you’re not white, don’t even expect normal service! We told them we were a group of ten including 3 kids, they weren’t even ready to keep the tables together. We had to do it ourselves. The Turkish looking waiter was the least interested even in taking the order. If you’re into hospitality industry and cannot provide decent service, why do you even exist!! Then comes the food. The worst Indian food you can have on this planet! I know they don’t claim to be an authentic Indian restaurant but they were telling the incoming guests that they service Indian cuisine! I am an Indian living in Europe for more than 10 years and have been to so many places but this restaurant is that one place I would never ever go even if I am dying of hunger. Then comes the price. It’s so freaking expensive for the worst quality food. Some of the things we ordered were clearly stale. Paneer was so bad we couldn’t even eat! All in all, it’s just a tourist trap. Don’t go by the rating if you’re looking for some decent Indian food.

I had visited the restaurant on the 27.12.2023 , I had reached the restaurant at 14:00 exact. As soon I entered in and asked table for one , the waiter started the conversation rudly stating they close in 30 mins and walked away. Therefore I found a place to sit myself, after which another waiter had come and given me only the starter menu card and drink menu and said I was not allowed to order any mains as they will be closing in 30 mins and walked away . After that I had just ordered a mango lassi and Bombay chaat. Even after 14:15 I could see many customer who had their main course large meals served to them . If the restaurant doesn't take any order after 14:00 , they should not mention In their page the opening hours is till 14:30. It was highly unprofessional and rude attitude from the waiter the way they handled the situation and creating an unnecessary embarrassment.
