Ikrams — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Konstanz

I knew I was going to write a review as soon as I sat down at this place, and here's why - Firstly we didn't reserve and the place was packed but a really friendly waiter managed to find us a place and made it feel like it was no effort or trouble at all, the menu.... guys, I wanted everything, it was everything I miss from back home (I am not Lebanese, I am a bit ashamed to admit I am from the country down south of Lebanon...). I ordered as many things as I felt I could eat, and hoped I would have room in my belly for more. The food was delicious, I was wiping the plates clean, the falafel was the best I had in Germany (and I live in Berlin), the hummus was top notch. The highlight for me was when someone celebrated their birthday and they played the "happy birthday" song in Arabic, the exact same song I am used to hearing at restaurants back where I am originally from and I felt so much nostalgia and so much connection. Best restaurant in Konstanz by far and I have been to quite a few, I could not recommend this place more!!! Nothing beats middle eastern food and middle eastern hospitality. On a personal note I am so sorry!!! and I wish we had peace back home, you guys are wonderful! Thank you so much for a really wonderful evening, I will definitely come back when I visit Konstanz...

Everything about this restaurant was Great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter were very Nice. The waiter was great, The staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up. The food was fresh and Awesome. Then we also had dessert with coffee outside and that was good as well. Great atmosphere with really nice people and all of that was Managed by Mrs Ikram, The strong and struggling woman, Who surprised me with her kindest words since I had the chance to have a conversation with her.

Mrs Ikram is a superb communicator who provided a clear response on the quality of the food and her experience for the past years, as well she has a sense of responsibility to her guests as if we were at home. From the bottom of my heart, I congratulate Mrs Ikram for her management and super kind hospitality.

Highly recommend this lebanese restaurantLived dinning out at Ikrams. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Located at 5 min walking distance from konstanz border. In a nice neighborhood with all shopping stairs ans outlets. Simply decorated, you just feels home. My sister orders some fish, it was very tasty but with too much sauce, when the waiter came to and saw she didn't eat her dish, he asked if she didn't like it. She explained.rhe. We had a Turkish coffee (strong but tasty).we were surprised at the end they didn't count the fish plate. We asked to pay case she tasted rhe plate and he said it's all fine, we appreciated your feed back and we will work on this. Looking forward my next visit to this...
