McDonald's — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Offenburg

There are a few times I have regretted eating at McDonald’s, but this location takes the cake. Can someone explain how a fast food chain, nonetheless one of the biggest in the world could be so gut-wrenching horrible. From the moment you enter. The toilets are dirty, you aren’t greeted by any of the staff. It’s like the employees don’t even want to be there and after reading the reviews not even managers are polite to those who have something to say about this establishment. My cousin and his wife didn’t get lids, straws nor ice-cubs (in 36 Degrees weather) for there drinks as we did, the wings were lukewarm (and no, we didn’t go home. It was the first thing we ate). The Barbecue Cheese burger was tasteless, the McRib was ordered with fried onions (which lacked flavor). Staff very unfriendly, I tried ordering and they just didn’t want to help me order from the display which btw wasn’t even working. Tried to log in there in my McDonald’s App and apparently ‘’the App doesn’t work here’’.. went outside to eat and there was dirt everywhere and the tables were sticky. Drinks without any lid on them, no straws and no napkins.. overall bad experience.. you’re definitely losing customers over the unfriendly staff who just looks at you and don’t give you any answer when asked a question.. it’s like they don’t even wanna work there....

Viele Jahre ist es nun schon her, als ich selbst hinter dieser Theke an der Kasse stand. Seitdem hat sich so einiges getan im McDonalds Offenburg. Aber hier bewerte ich McDonalds Offenburg ja nicht als Arbeitgeber, sondern als Fastfood-Restaurant.

Die Mitarbeiter wechseln zwar immer mal wieder sind jedoch größtenteils sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Das Essen schmeckt für Fastfood ausgezeichnet und liegt nicht lange rum, bis man es an den Tisch bekommt.

Da die Konkurrenz es nicht hinbekommt, erwähne ich es mal: Die Terminals funktionieren die meiste Zeit.

Es ist oft wirklich sauber - Nicht immer. Oft. Heute habe ich sogar mit meinen eigenen Augen gesehen wie ein Mitarbeiter wirklich sofort den Tisch und den Boden sauber gemacht hat, direkt nachdem die Gäste gegangen sind. Der Mann war wirklich alte Schule.

Auf meine Bestellung warte ich eigentlich nie lange. Ich wollte schreiben „nie“. Aber sag niemals „nie“.

Warum gebe ich nur 4 Sterne? Naja es ist eben meistens so & nicht immer. Ich habe den Laden schon hunderte Male besucht.

Achja, dass man keinen Strohhalm aufs Tablett bekommt finde ich nicht gut. Und einen Deckel hab ich auch als nicht. Deshalb empfehle ich den Becher so zu knicken, wie ich es auf meinem Bild zeige. So kommt einem das Eis nicht...
