Räumlich kompakt, eine Reservierung empfiehlt sich. Es wird frisch gekocht und dies lt. Speisekarte ohne irgendwelche künstlichen Zusätze, Geschmacksverstärker, etc.; was ich sehr lobenswert finde. Vielleicht gerade deshalb aber preislich wirklich am oberen Limit, was ich so ehrlich gesagt nicht erwartet hätte. Ich wüsste nicht wo - in vergleichbarer Gaststättenkategorie – der Zwiebelrostbraten für €26 angeboten wird. Find´s schon recht heftig!

Die Kässpätzle mit Maultasche sowie wie Bratkartoffeln mit Leberkäse & Spiegelei sind wahrlich ein Gedicht. Schmeckt wie bei Oma. Absolut zu empfehlen. Gute Portionen. Preis Leistung Top. Uriges Flair, sauber und gemütlich. Man kann auch draußen sitzen. Toiletten sehr sauber und liebevoll inszeniert. Vielen Dank

Wer eine urige Schwäbische Beiz sucht, ist im Weiler's genau richtig. Die Maultaschen waren mega lecker. Das regionale Weißbier vom Löwen Bräu ist sehr gut. Es gibt auch eine schöne Auswahl an Craft Bier. Und Wein. Wein gibt es auch. Sehr freundlicher Service. Das Weiler's hat das Potenzial zur Stammkneipe in Hall, wenn man mal da ist.

Fills your heart and belly with LOVE. Feels like going to Grandma's for food that is good for your soul. This was my first time having Schnitzel with Spätzle, the breading was crunchy and delicious, the sauce lovely. But what really stole my heart was the Sauerbraten with purple cabbage and homemade dumplings. WOW!!!! It was so beautiful and well balanced. The lovely woman who took great care of us (I believe an owner) paired it perfectly with Dunkelgraf Trocken, a Cabernet Dorsa by Furstenfass. The food and service...

It was such a luxury to find this place today!. I was treated better than I would ever Imagine!. Oliver (the owner) took a seat on my table to showed me what food they had to offer. The treat was superb, ever so human, I was delighted to be there!, the food made with love, no more ingredients needed! A truly awesome place to go to! I will come back here as soon as I can! They offer, as an aperitive, proper olive oil with smashed olives from Italy (really high quality) if you you can tell from good olive oil!....

5 Sterne sind fast zu wenig für dieses überaus Gemütliche Weinlokal.

Wir haben echt Super Lecker Gegessen, man schmeckt, das in der küche liebevoll und in Harmonie gekocht wird.

Empfehlen kann ich den Zwiebelrostbraten mir Bratkartoffeln 🍽. Und einem Salat.

Man schmeckt das nur Qualität und frische Zutaten Zugang zur Küche bekommen... Der Salat, das Fleisch und die Bratkartoffeln einfach ein Gedicht - gekocht wie zu Grossmutters Zeiten.

Wer sich von den Leckeren Essen überzeugen möchte, sollte auf jeden Fall Reservieren und Zeit mitbringen. Da das Essen frisch zubereitet wird , dauert es eine weile bis Serviert wird. Diese Zeit kann man aber mit einem guten Wein schön überbrücken.

Ich freu mich schon auf das nächste mal.
