Ristorante La Pasta — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Singen (Hohentwiel)

Unfortunately my last wisit wasn't really great. I've got dry risotto with a very small amount of champions, tomato puree in it (which was a bad match) and expired cheese. Previously I had there carbonara with curdled cream :( I must also admit poor cleaning... If your guests can see rubbish in the decoration areas, than your cleaning can see it too, right? I feel sorry for this restaurant, because they have an amazing staff! Waiters are sooo nice - dream team 👍 But with all of respect, your food...

I’ve been here twice – the first time I had the daily menu (don’t remember the price, but it was definitely worth it). The second time I tried the spaghetti with basil-garlic sauce, and it was just perfect. The interior is a bit old-fashioned, but very clean. And the staff was really friendly...

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Bedienung. Auch ohne Reservierung und fast vollem Lokal war man sehr bemüht uns einen Platz zu organisieren. Ist die Speisekarte bei Pizzen eher übersichtlich, hat man bei Nudelgerichten eine einzigartige Auswahl. Der Name des Lokals spiegelt sich hier wieder. Die Pizzen sind recht klein, aber dafür dick und sehr gut belegt, allerdings trotz Pizzamesser sehr schwer zu schneiden. Die Qualität ist gut. Das Wort „scharf“, was in der Karte bei einigen Gerichten steht, sollte man ernst nehmen, da es außerhalb der normalen Schärfe liegt. Das Ambiente ist eher rustikal und gediegen, aber gemütlich. Eine Wartezeit von knapp 50 min. auf eine Pizza ist definitiv zu lange. Der sehr freundlich und authentisch Service machte das nur zum Teil wett.
