Le Patron am Meer — Restaurant in Wilhelmshaven

This restaurant has so many amazing qualities. There is an indoor restaurant that is a bit more refined. Inside, they offer various dishes like seafood, steak, and salads. I had one of the most amazing soups I have ever had. The broth of this soup alone is enough to bring me from Stuttgart to Wilhelmshaven. It is full of flavours and small North Sea shrimp.

Outside in front of the restaurant is the more casual fare. Set up with a direct view of the ocean. There is intimate seating for couples and several options for all sizes, including groups. They offer all different kinds of Fisch Brötchen (fish sandwhiches) and my personal favorite, the Strand-Tüte. The restaurant faces the sea directly, has free parking nearby and is located approximately 50m away from the German Naval Museum. The fish platter was fresh and came in generous portions. Outdoor seating during summers is simply incredible. Indoors might get a little bit too hot. They have ice-creams for dogs, so your little four legged friend can indulge themselves too. The second meal after 10 pm was somehow not upto mark. The fish had a bad aftertaste and the waiters were sadly unprofessional. The closing time was being rushed at just 9:30 Pm. The dichotomy with Le Patron am Meer and other restaurants can be well palpable. The ambiance inside the restaurant is almost perfect, a seat along the window side will make your day.

Kudos to the chefs inside, their work is quite imminent in the prepared dishes, you guys deserve the spat. The price of the dishes is a little above the line but for the view and ambiance it's payable.
