Café Glücklich — Restaurant in Wismar

What a terrible experience to come here! It was rainy sunday moring at 9.00 am, cold January in winter. I was too early to come to museum nearby which is open at 10.00 am. Because of heavy rain and cold wind I deceided to go to this Cafe to drink something warm and eat a piece of cake. When I came and sit down looking at the menu, an unpolite waiter came to me and in very aggresive way told me that I should to leave this Cafe immediately. I was really surprised beacause I have never meet such behavior before. In any Cafe or a shop. And I am not dirty alcoholic but respectable lawyer. The waiter said he could have not served me and I should go away! He has just threw me away into heavy rain outside! What is really strange - at this time there were only few people, the Cafe was not full. To be thrown away I had occasion to observe from the museum door what is happenig in this cafe. About ten minutes after, I saw strange people coming to this Cafe - a group of tall men mit muscles and tatoos. They looked agressive. Their tatoos and behavour were... I can only add that exhibition in the museum were really interesting alrhough I came there totally cold and wet. Very interesting was also exhibition especially about what were happening in Germany just in 30 thirties...

I love their in house bagels and humus (best I ever tried). However, the service was weird. No one told us about the online menu and it took the waitress forever to take our order and forgot some things. Weird jokes at the entrance that we didn't get if they were friendly or too German for us to understand. Would definitely go back to buy bread but not for staying at the restaurant. Saw some guy leaving because he also never got served. If you would work on your service, this place...

Very nice woman. The XXXL guy eating there almost ordered the whole diner. Very rude. But the food made up for it. We ordered sandwiches, they had mayonnaise which the menu didn't specify. I love mayo so it's okay. The toilets were very fancy. We could have gone to another nice Japanese restaurant in Koln. But cafe glucklich is better. The XXXL guy was so good looking. I went after him to the toilet and married him in the toilet. I was able to divorce him on time before Thomas knew...
