Chix n Ribs - Osu — Restaurant in Accra

I had to change my review, the food is great but it seems when the owner or his family member is away, the food and service is not that great. I'm not trying to bash the locals but when foreigners aren't there to micro-manage the diaspora owned businesses, the the quality of of service and product decreases in my experience. I would love to eat there at least once a week but the food has not been properly prepared when the diasporas weren't there and it cost too much money for things not to be cooked right. Also, I know the concept of customer service does not exist in Ghana but dam. It would be nice to see an attempt. If you are the owner and you see this, please respond somehow to my email address. I sent you a message on your fakebook page and got no response. I will never order from here unless you are there. I would like to bring my entire family there for dinner but I will not unless I come the time...

I have been to Chix n Ribs in person and from what I’ve tried the food is decent however I have yet to try their ribs as they never seem to have any. Like never. But please be warned about ordering delivery. I usually love their loaded fries and was I honestly shocked at how the fries arrived. It was nothing like what I’m used to when I eat at their establishment. The fries were very old and tasted horrible. I asked for fried wings and they sent grilled. It’s a great fast food venue. Their prices are affordable. They have a great variety of fast food, fries, buffalo wings, burgers, sandwiches, milkshakes. My favorite meal to get from there is Oreo milkshake with spicy fries and buffalo wings. Tip: ask for the Chix mix sauce for the wings. Their service can be unbearably long because there’s usually just one person at the counter in the daytime. Getting change is sometimes a problem. It’s a very small place and hardly has any parking space. You’ll have to park 2 or more meters away from the location on the opposite side...
