Indian Salt N Pepper Restaurant — Restaurant in Accra

AMAZING!! My partner and I went on Christmas and it was a great decision. We called ahead of time to make sure they were open and they were. We arrived at around 9pm (1.5 hrs before closing) and it was pretty empty. We were attended to immediately. We ordered two drinks (pina collada and a daiquiri) and they were very good! We ordered starters and they were delicious (cauliflower and chicken kebabs). We then needed help deciding between two main courses and the manager himself came to answer our questions. He was most helpful and recommended something else. We went with his advice and it did not disappoint! We had garlic and butter naan with chicken masala and lamb biriyani.

I've eaten plenty of Indian food (home-cooked as well as authentic restaurants in the US) and this was definitely up to par! It was my partner's first time having Indian food and they fell in love with it! Mentioned that it was the best meal they have had in a long time.

I threw a party of about 13 people in this restaurant. We informed them two days ahead that we would host a party . On the day , the soft drinks that they served was of expired stock. One of my guests pointed this out , and unfortunately none of them were apologetic. They came up with the excuse that it’s a mistake from suppliers side and that we should manage with the the expired stock as they have only this in their stock. No other soft drinks was available . So when you go for a drink in this restaurant , before you open your can or bottle kindly check at the batch and expiry. They aren’t responsible if you are drinking from an expired stock. This is my second time in Indian Salt N Pepper at Spintex. the place is directly along the Spintex road, easy to find. you climb 2 level to arrive in a typical deco. The service is not top, the first waitress who came to give the menu did not pronounce a word!!!! the second one was a bit better. My selection is for starter: Mix Pakoda and Masala Papad, then for main Lemon rice with Mutton spicy curry and Chicken (oops I forgot). The 2 starters very flavory and tasty.
