Starbites East Legon — Restaurant in Accra

😀Customer Service: @starbitesgh While Starbites has several locations in Accra, I consistently receive exceptional Customer Service at the East Legon Branch, where Morant excels in his role as a manager! Morant deserves a raise! At times, you might have to wait a bit before being served, especially when the place is bustling. Nevertheless, the staff is always friendly and ready to take your order. They maintain a positive demeanor and are always at your service.

🤔Constructive Criticism: I suggest that the pastry team could learn a lot from the waiters responsible for the food area. They are not bad/rude, but they lack the warmth and friendliness exhibited by the other waiters who handle food orders, as well as by manager Morant, who makes it a point to check on your well-being at your table!

😄Food: In comparison to other fast food outlets and restaurants, Starbites Jollof is reasonably priced and genuinely delicious. Personally, I love the Goat Jollof. The meat is tender, and the rice is perfectly seasoned, remaining soft and enjoyable. Juices: I have a fondness for the tropical juice, although it occasionally runs out, which is quite disappointing, haha.

😄Closing Time: They close at 10pm which makes it a perfect destination if you have been working all day and forgot to have lunch or dinner!

😡Bitter Experience: Starbite Pick-Up Station at Dzorwulu on the premises of the Filling(Gas) Station. Despite my preference for the East Legon branch, I did encounter an unpleasant experience at the mini-stand in Dzorwulu, located within the gas station before the Tullow/Modec office. ●The lady informed me that she had closed rudely and simply walked away, refusing to sell me anything! If the manager is reading this, pay attention to your pick-up stations. They may be throwing all your hardwork away...

It very appalling such a reputable place to dine from the supervisor to waitress and waiters have no sense of customer service or how to manage a restaurant. I sat down from the 17:07-18:07 pm complaining to supervisor up to 3-4 waiters none of the staff was now to serve even a drink menu no food menu untill I took the initiative to walk up to one of the waiters to ask for the food menu even to place food order was impossible. I eventually decided to walk out and find another place to eat. I will hereby ask the head of management to look into the kind of people the recruit to attend to their customers. The staff and the supervisor had no clue of what they are doing and they appear very lazy . They should have prepared for this kind of busyiness . I would advice if you are in a rich or want proper customer service please avoid this place at all cost . I guess the staff add do not care about their customers because they still get paid at the end of the day . I guess this my first and last at a star bite restaurant. Worse customer experience of my life. Called to order lunch for my pregnant wife at work at 1:10pm for their airport branch and was told I’ll get a call in 25 mins when it’s ready. I didn’t get any call so I called back after 45 mins only to be told it’s still not ready. After an hour I called again and was lied to by customer service lady that it was ready for pick so I ordered an Uber to pick up only to be told it’s still wasn’t ready when the driver got there. By this time my wife has started getting headaches and feeling dizzy. I was later told after 2 hours that it’s ready and I ordered another Uber and when the driver arrived I was convinced this time that it was ready so I made payment and after 10 mins the driver was still there so I called him only for him to tell me the food is still not ready as at 3:30pm. My wife and I have vowed never to patronize StarBites ever again no matter what since they’re unprofessional and didn’t even bother to render any apologies. The anguish my wife has been put through...
