1125 City Apartments — Hotel in Accra

This is a decent apartment in a really good location in East Legon. But the management really needs to step up their game with the cleaning and sanitation in the apartments. My family (including two young kids) stayed here for almost a month and the cleaning was a complete nightmare. What exactly is the management doing? You either have a cleaning service or you do not. Do not pretend to have one but provide a service so so poor. Your cleaners claim to change sheets once a week, but will take old sheets and pillow cases, flip them over, and put back on the bed. They take dirty towels from the floor and hang them back as new towels. They leave the apartment dirty and unhygienic halfway during their cleaning for hours. Look at the photo attached. That was how our apartment with children was for almost half of the day because the cleaners just left the unit like that. My wife repeatedly asked for dirty sheets to be changed and no one responded until about a day before our check out. For how much you are charging, your cleaning should be top notch, not this very awful cleaning service and unresponsive management. You can do much...
