If I could give less than 1 star I would. I found a hair in my sandwich and when I reported this to the cashier, she very rudely told me to pick out another sandwich. I declined and requested a refund, as I had found the hair in the second or third bite of the sandwich thus leaving it mostly uneaten. She refused and kept insisting on me taking another item of similar value. I don’t understand the logic in offering someone more food from the same establishment that provided dirty food in the first place. Poor hygiene and even worse...

4 staff in the kitchen and ONLY 1 serving. Queue of 10 people. Why doesn’t someone from the kitchen help?

Not only would this make people less angry, it would also help you to sell more because by the time I finally made it to the front, I didn’t feel comfortable ordering much because it would hold the people behind me up even further.

Also, why don’t airport staff have to queue? After waiting more than 10 minutes to buy a bottle of water and a sandwich, it’s pretty frustrating to see some guy jump...

Ask for a bit of milk for my baby , I always I’m asking to charge me for glass a of milk which normally will cost 2-3€ . Everywhere pretty much they won’t charge anything as it’s for a baby although it’s absolutely fine to pay for it, they ask for 4.50€ for a small bottle of milk .
