We arrived at a time when the cafe was not busy at all. We waited for 15 minutes and had to ask 2 people to order. The waiters were super slow and impolite. Although we explained that we had to leave soon to catch the ferry, we waited for 15 minutes for a coffee and a lemonade. We asked the waitress if she can confirm how long it would take and she never came back. In the end we had to leave before the drinks arrived since we would miss the ferry. Don’t go there if you are in a hurry. It’s the worst service I ever experienced in a cafe. The response to the review is completely unprofessional. The very least, you should apologize for the bad service and for not even getting back to us when we asked how long it would take to prepare one coffee and one lemonade! Although the ship arrived, the cafe was half empty, which is not surprising given the bad service. Waiting 35 minutes for a coffee and a lemonade and having to ask 3 times for your order to arrive is not something that happens so the arrival of the ship is no excuse for the awful service you offer.
