I’ve just ordered via Wolt, same address different name, so I’ll be reviewing “Smoky Wood”
I’m sorry for the bad review, but indeed the food was disappointing. Orderd butter chicken with basmati and vegetable curry whith chapati (pita).
The vegetable curry was overall better, but still not good. The vegetables wasn’t cooked right, one piece was overcooked and melting, the other uncooked and stiff. The butter chicken was more oil than butter, the chicken didn’t exactly taste like chiken. The worst was the basmati, it had an oily texture and a bad smell. How can you make a bad basmati side dish? It’s impossible. And the pita was like rubber. It’s been sometime since a left the food aside, not finished, and i feel bloated.
I’ve never wrote a bad review before, but also I’ve never tried four out of four things that wasn’t even “ok”.
The prices are kind of ok, but they are not cheap, as they didn’t reflect the quality of the dishes.
I live in Victoria square, I have indian, pakistani and mid eastern food often, you can have cheap ingredients and still make a decent dish if you want to.
P.S. I read good reviews when I got here. Maybe it’s because you overheated the food in the microwave, the plastic containers were almost melting when I got the delivery. Overall, please take care of...

Really sad, as this used to be my favorite restaurant in the area. Stay away, not...
