Restaurant Parse — Restaurant in Athens

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Parse, a restaurant in Athens, Greece that serves Iranian cuisine. I must say, the experience was truly delightful.

One of the standout dishes we tried was the Ghormeh Sabzi, a traditional Iranian herb stew. It was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The combination of fresh herbs, tender meat, and tangy lemon juice created a perfect balance of tastes. It was evident that the chef paid great attention to detail in preparing this dish.

After our meal, we decided to indulge in some traditional Iranian tea with a hookah pipe, known as Qalyan. We were pleasantly surprised by how exceptional it was. The tea had a rich aroma and a smooth taste that complemented the flavors of our meal perfectly. It was a great way to end our dining experience at Parse.

Aside from the fantastic food and beverages, I must also mention the ambiance of the restaurant. The interior design was elegant and had an authentic Persian touch to it. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit, ensuring that we had a memorable dining experience.

Come on!!! What is the chance to find an excellent Iranian restaurant in Greece??? We were missing so much Iranian food after our trip to this beautiful country. The food was excellent, very very tasty and a huge portion! Everything made us felt perfectly good even in the little details like the beautiful flower pot... the service, music the good ambiance. We highly recommended everyone to taste and try Persian food, you will thank us later...

متأسفم که باید این‌طور بگم، ولی "رستوران پارسه" هیچ شباهتی به یک مجموعه حرفه‌ای نداره. بارها برای سفارش تماس گرفتم، چندین بار در اپلیکیشن واتس اپ پیغام گذاشتم آما هر بار یا جواب ندادن یا با بی‌احترامی گفتن «سرمون شلوغه» و قطع کردن. حتی یک‌بار هم حس نکردم کوچک‌ترین ارزشی برای مشتری قائل باشند. جالب‌تر اینکه حضوری رفتم، دیدم سالن خالیه، نه خبری از شلوغی بود نه مشتری، فقط پرسنل نشسته بودن و مشغول گوشی‌بازی! یعنی به‌راحتی به مشتری دروغ می‌گید که «سرمون شلوغه» تا فقط زحمت نکشید پاسخ بدید؟ اینه احترام شما به مشتری؟ سفارش از طریق اپلیکیشن ولت رو هم که هر بار بی‌دلیل رد می‌شه، انگار مشتری مزاحمه، نه منبع درآمد! به‌جرئت می‌تونم بگم این یکی از ضعیف‌ترین، بی‌نظم‌ترین و غیرحرفه‌ای‌ترین مجموعه‌هایی بود که باهاش برخورد داشتم. اسم بزرگی روی رستوران خودتون گذاشتید ولی رفتار و مدیریت در حد صفر. من مجبور شدم از رستوران محله هلاندری با فاصله زیاد سفارش بدم، و راضی هم بودیم.حداقل بیچاره ها تلفن ما رو جواب دادند. بحرحال برای همیشه از لیست من خط خوردید. در شرایط رقابتی، اونم صنعت غذا و نوشیدنی مخصوصا در یونان کسی که پاسخگو نیست، باخت رو...
