It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal, and Marietta truly went above and beyond. And it wasn’t just us who adored her—our kids absolutely loved her as well! She was so kind and engaging with them, making sure they felt welcome and even brought them a little treat that they couldn’t stop talking about. It’s not every day you find a place where the staff goes the extra mile to make every guest feel special, regardless of age. Good food, good quality coffees but poor service and wrong attitude, due to high demand I guess. The waitor brought fried eggs instead of our omelette order. The problem started as he insisted that what he served is actually the omelette 😊. He agreed to change the plate in the end and finally we have received our omelette within another 30 min. After we paid the bill, we understood that they charged us the fried eggs not the omelette with +1.5 € difference. The point was not that amount actually but when we warned them, the arrogant attitude came back again, not accepting the mistake, claimed that we actually ordered fried eggs wrongly, they have cooked both of them and charged one etc...Thanks guys check your cameras if you wish as you proposed. But we know what we ordered and we just wanted our plate. Anyone can understand the difference with an omelette and fried...

It's a very central location. After getting out of the ferry and also waiting for the ferry to return, we sat in the Blackbee for some hours. They have kindly allowed us to keep our luggage in the café while we stayed there. Food is delicious, people are just very kind and helpful, lovely people. Chios has gone beyond our expectations, delicious food, excellent beaches and sea, very warm and nice people. Thanks...
