Skeletovrachos — Restaurant in Delphi Municipality

We were here Saturday 21st August 2021, we'd had a great meal the night before in Bebelis and hit the jackpot again with another great meal here at Skeletovrachos. This place is located along the bustling little seafront, and it's busy we tried to go on the Friday but it was fully booked, so make sure to reserve a table, we'd reserved for this evening, it was typically great weather so we ate outside.

I never ventured inside so cannot really comment on the appearance, but outside it's quintessentially Greek, simple table arrangements, the sea close by lapping against the boats in the harbour, the heat of the day slowly cooling, the chatter of mainly Greek families on holiday, the sights and sounds were lovely. Loz had a Chorizo and Shrimp main dish which was amusing to someone from the UK as we class shrimps as a small crustacean, these things were like baby lobsters 😂, they were huge, it was great. ❤️ EAT HERE ❤️ If you do anything on your way through Galaxidi, make sure to stop and have lunch or dinner at this wonderful restaurant. Absolutely one of the highlights of our trip. We came without a reservation (big error in judgement there!) and the owner went above and beyond, even got us a table from the basement so we could still sit outside and eat. I recommend about 3-4 small dishes and 1 main course to share between two people - this food is so, so good I almost cried. My favourites were the scallops with chorizo, the tarama and the orzo with squid. Honourable mention for the chickpeas with smoked fish. We visited the place during Easter period for lunch. We selected a free table and the moment we sat one of the waiters/ maybe the owner of the place turned arrogantly to us and said « if you seat you will have to wait » when we asked how long waiting time he estimates he responded indifferently « long » without any intention whatsoever to assist or welcome us.
