Went today for brunch and decided for a Bagel Croque Madame - some sort of poached egg version (eggs Benedict) . I had no issue with the waiting time as it was busy and therefore understandable but the fact that when the food eventually came, the entire white part of the egg was completely raw and running all over the bagel..... Well, that was disgusting.I couldn't touch it but my boyfriend tried to eat around it as he was already too hungry. When we asked the waitress about it, she apologized and went in to check with the chef. Now here comes the funny part : she comes back 5 minutes later and tells us that this is how they serve it, uncooked... And the chef didn't do anything wrong... Raw eggs... I mean, which dish does anyone serve with raw eggs? (Salmonella!!) And if that is true, shouldn't that be mentioned when someone is ordering cooked eggs?... From the very first time we spoke at the entrance with Giorgos the waiter I felt confident that dining here will be a gourmet experience that we will enjoy... and we truly enjoyed! Read moreWe came by just for a cocktail and a small snack. The service was very nice, the snack very good and well presented, but the cocktails were nearly empty. I barely drank a few drops (thankfully they provide a very narrow straw so that it lasts a bit), then there was nothing left to drink and the glass was still totally full of small icecubes (hence leaving little room for the liquids). I don't mind a little bit of ice, but 24€ for two piles of ice felt really exaggerated.
