Souvlaki Lois — Restaurant in Distomo-Arachova-Antikyra Municipality

So, in the middle of all the COVID measures, we rolled into town after a long visit to Ancient Delphi. Our host pointed us straightaway to Souvlaki Lois and we immediately suspected a connection, but there’s none! I don’t always reach for Google every time I go out and it’s only when I find something good that I can be bothered to review. This is a simple welcoming and serious gyro pitta place and they do it really really well. I’m not a Giro expert but I do know good food well cooked and served, and I know what clean looks like. Visited it on 02/01/2022. The owner of the place was rude. He didn't want to accept separated payment. He told us that we need to gather money and give him exact amount (because he also does not have any change) and figure the rest ourselves (we were 11). When we asked him to pay by card, he suddenly found change. He forgot 1 order and didn't provide as a receipt. Souvlaki were very small for 3 euros. The next day I ended up being intoxicated....

We came here for lunch in our day trip from Athens to Delphi. It’s a nice small neighborhood eatery, and the food is pretty good. We ordered the chicken platter, pork gyro and Greek salad.
