Best pizza in sivota by far. We visited August ( High Season ). The place is always full of people. Peak hours 20:30 – 22:30 its very hard to find table. Consider visiting it earlier or later. When its crowdy the waiter informed us that there is 30 min waiting time for the pizza. It was our choice to wait. I was sitting in table that offered me the opportunity to observe the whole pizza making process. I was amazed. They give each pizza so much attention like its their own. The oven takes around 7-8 pizzas. They prepare all pizzas first and then put them all together inside. Even before they put each pizza in the oven they observed it for details and make small adjustments to it. From then on it’s a race with time around 10 mins, with pizza’s going in and out from the oven for checks, clean bottom, reposition. We ordered a Greek salad and pappardelle with Greek meatballs in tomato sauce, along with the house wine. Both dishes were delicious – the salad was fresh and full of flavor, and the pasta was rich and perfectly cooked.
