Disappointed! Such a nice atmosphere but the food was bad.

It's so simple to make your customers happy but so many get it wrong.

Serve the food on time, bring it in a reasonable order, and hot, and the taste should be ok. Doesn't need to be the best food you ever had.

So, here the fries and the saganaki arrived first. The fries arrived cold which means they had them ready. They tasted nice though! Saganaki was by far the worst saganaki I have ever eaten as Greek.

10 mins later the greens arrived (Horta) that was nice and hot but the only dish on the table for another 5 mins.

Later fried kalamarakia arrived and I was surprised to see in such a great island that everything should be fresh the kalamarakia were frozen. No comments you can imagine the flavour.

5 mins later the pasta arrived and 5 mins later my kalamari arrived. The kalamari gets 5/10. I had much better in this island.

I have also noticed that many Greek restaurants stopped servicing the tranditional free desert or watermelon at the end just as a thank you. So this place is...

Except from the view which is spectacular, everything else is below average I very much doubt the freshness of the fish We had grilled sardines,the amount of salt they contained was unbelievable which clearly indicates the sardines were old, not to mention the small quantity. Overpriced salad, chips fried in bad oil Tzatziki homemade they said but very poor quality. About drinks, I had retsina,no brand mentioned on the catalogue and it was one of the worst retsina in Greece, overpriced of course. Asked for the bill and to pay by card I was asked to pay inside the tavern as the POS machine was standing on a table like a very precious object, while in other places the waiter brought the POS at the table. The service was really kind and friendly. The location really nice with nice view.

The food although, to my opinion, was average. Of course they had some fresh fish which probably is a good choice for tourists...however typical dishes which Greeks typically eat in fish taverns like maridaki, gauros, atherina were not part of the menu. Therefore, that is a minus for me, since from a fish tavern I would expect those dishes as part of the menu. In any case I would not say that is not a place that is not nice, probably for tourists yes, but for Greeks which are used to eat in fish taverns probably not the...
