Garry's — Restaurant in Kassandra Municipality

Honestly, I was extremely disappointed with today’s delivery. The courier decided to lecture me about tips, saying that “in Greece, it’s customary to leave a tip” and that I haven’t left one for my last several orders. I’m Greek — I know very well what’s customary in my own country, and no one has the right to call me out about this.

On top of that, the order was completely messed up: I ordered one with onion and three without onion or fries, but they brought everything with fries and the ingredients were mixed up at random.

Until now, I was always satisfied, but the courier’s attitude and the chaos with the order are way out of line. I hope you take this review seriously and make it clear to your staff that this kind of behavior towards customers is totally unacceptable.

They even print “no tip for the delivery guy” on the receipt, as if they’re trying to...

The place was packed like usual. We sat and ordered a pork gyro and two chicken tortillas. Then we waited for an hour and the people who sat 30 minutes after us got their orders first. I called the waiter and he told me he'll check it. Then he brought the paycheck which said that the order was made at 21:51, and after that he brought our food and the time was ezactly 22:50. We were very angry but also hungry, and the food disappointed us. It looked nowhere near as that in the photos. The tortillas were cold, one half had meat and the other half was just potatoes and tomatoes so we couldn't eat it. Only positive thing was the management of the place who were working hard to find a seating place for the people waiting in the row and the gyro was somewhat good. The gyros meat is good. Service is terrible - the person distributing people on tables is the owner. He treats people like they are a flock of sheep and when you ask him a question he waives you his finger and then turns his back, even though you want to eat at his place.

Tomatoes are plastic, they gave us one pita bread even though we ordered 2 gyros’.

The gyros was much better last year, the quality has decreased significantly.

Furthermore it’s not an airy place. There is barely any aid and you vpfeel very taxed and cannot have a proper meal at the place.
