The pizza is good but terrible customer service.

It was the second time we came to do a pre-order for a specific hour (the hour we were going back from the beach to eat at home.)

We came at 5 pm and ordered takeaway of 2 pizzas . We offered to pay them, the lady said no need. Will pay when we take it.

We came at the exact hour we mentioned not one minute later. The lady told us : “we forgot your order, if you want pizzas you wait for 15 min” but on her face you could read “we did not place your order deliberately “ . Not a single sorry word, even-though you could see clearly no remorse on the matter. Our kids are very hungry after beach and they always eat on time. Not for this time.

But the worst was that in the restaurant there was only one table occupied, only one. This means they do not value the customers. Too bad as the pizza taste good. Will never return to them for...

Attention Italian pizza enthusiasts: Kindly note the following if you're anticipating a traditional Italian pizza experience: The pizza dough here leans more towards a bread-like consistency, boasting a firm crust (distinct from Neapolitan or Roman styles). When you encounter cheese, it might not be the classic mozzarella; rather, a blend of other cheeses takes the spotlight. Our dining experience was enhanced by swift service, and we had no trouble securing a seat this time around. It's worth noting that evenings usually see this establishment bustling with patrons.

The food is good ,but in 2 days me and my friends discovered allot of problems. They take your order in 15-30 minutes, and the grate disappointment is that you wait allot for the food and they are not even prepare what you order. So after 50 minutes they don’t admit that you ordered a pizza but is on the command that is on your table, and ask you to wait again to make it. So very frustrating for me. I don’t recommend...
