Pizza Irida — Restaurant in Kassandra Municipality

I would prefer not to talk about that place or the owner but the community needs to know! Starting I should mention about the owner that this was the first time in my life that I encountered such awful behavior. Whole experience was at least horrible. Let's start about the fact that we were two and the gave as plate and silverware for one. Back to the subject. At first we ordered 2 Ceasars salads after 30 mins they came but instead of Ceasars sauce it had mayonnaise something that wasn't written in the catalog I called the waiter and told him that I don't eat mayonnaise and I want to order something else then he suggested me to take out the mayonnaise and bring back the same salad but without dressing, I told him no its fine, so I ordered another salad an told him just don't put mayo on it. Αny other dressing I wouldn't mind. So after a while he brings me a salad with no dressing no olive oil no nothing plain and simple kettle food. I say to my self it's OK eat it as it is... After my first bite I discovered a long white hair inside my salad so I call again the waiter and telling him to take a look. He suggested again to take out the hair and bring me back the same salad then I told him no we just need the bill because we want to leave. He told me to come inside, because I wanted to Pay with credit card, and that was the time when lunacy started. The owner came in Bolling blood and he yelled at me that I'm not welcome at he's restaurant and he will not serve me again because I went there just to cause him trouble. We didn't even mention that we don't won't to pay and either then that we didn't even complained about that shitwhole he calls a restaurant. He verbal abuse me and even said that we putted the hair inside the salad, even tho he was keep telling us" there is nothing inside the salad I checked", but he changed he's mind after my bf told him that "i saw it with my own eyes please don't drive me mad". The only thing I could feel at that hostile environment was threat.

Ξεκινώντας αναφέρω για τον ιδιοκτήτη πως πρώτη φορά συναντάω τόσο απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά από άνθρωπο στη ζωή μου. Η συνολική εμπειρία ήταν παραπάνω από δυσάρεστη. (Ας αρχίσουμε από το γεγονός ότι ήμασταν δύο και μας έφεραν ένα σερβίτσιο. Αντιπαρέρχομαι!) Αρχικά παραγγείλαμε 2 σαλάτες Caesars. Φτάνοντας οι σαλάτες συνειδητοποιούμε πως αντί για σως Caesars είχε μαγιονέζα, κάτι που προφανώς και δεν αναφέρονταν στον κατάλογο και δεν μας ανέφεραν ούτε οι σερβιτόροι. Δίνω το πιάτο μου πίσω λέγοντας ότι δεν αναφέρει πουθενά τη λέξη μαγιονέζα στην περιγραφή στο μενού και μαγιονέζα εγώ δεν τρώω. Ο σερβιτόρος μου απαντάει θα σας αφαιρέσουμε τα κομμάτια με τη μαγιονέζα και θα σας το φέρουμε πίσω. (Μια σαλάτα χωρίς κανένα dressing δηλαδή). Του απαντάω δεν θέλω μια σαλάτα χωρίς λάδι και κάτι για dressing θα παραγγείλω μια άλλη. Παραγγέλνω. Μου λέει ο σερβιτόρος "αν έχει και αυτή μαγιονέζα μέσα"; του λέω βάλτε άλλο dressing. Ερχεται μια σαλάτα χωρίς κανένα dressing ούτε καν λάδι. Λεω θα το φάω και ας θα το ετρωγε μόνο μια αγελάδα αυτό το πιάτο. Στην πρώτη μπουκια βγάζω από μέσα μια λευκή τρίχα. Φωνάζω τον σερβιτόρο και του λέω "έχει μια τρίχα μέσα". Μου λέει "θα σας την βγάλω και θα σας το φέρω πίσω". Του λέω "θέλω το λογαριασμό". Μπαίνω να πληρώσω και εκεί ξεκινάει το παρατράγουδο. Μπαίνει ωρυομενος μέσα ο ιδιοκτήτης και μου λεει: "εσύ εδώ μέσα στο μαγαζί μου δεν ξαναμπαίνεις. δεν θα σε εξυπηρετησω ξανά. ήρθες εδώ για να μου προκαλέσεις σκάνδαλο. " Δεν εκανα την παραμικρη νύξη για φασαρία, παρολα αυτα μου επιτεθηκε λεκτικά και με κατηγόρησε ότι έβαλα μόνη μου την τρίχα μέσα. Το λιγότερο που μπορούσα να νιώσω...

Επισκεπτόμαστε το Irida restaurant στη Νέα Σκιώνη εδώ και χρόνια, αλλά φέτος ζήσαμε μια απαράδεκτη εμπειρία. Το πρώτο μας δείπνο στις διακοπές έγινε εκεί και δυστυχώς κατέστρεψε τις πρώτες μέρες μας. Το παιδί μου παράγγειλε γαρίδα μακαρονάδα, την οποία συνήθως λατρεύει, αλλά αυτή τη φορά δεν του άρεσε καθόλου. Οι περισσότερες γαρίδες ήταν κατεψυγμένες και στην κορυφή υπήρχαν τρεις φρέσκες, που όμως δεν είχαν καθαριστεί σωστά (είχαν ακόμα το εντεράκι).

Μετά το δείπνο, το παιδί μου αρρώστησε: την επόμενη μέρα έκανε εμετό και ακόμα και την τρίτη μέρα είχε διάρροια. Δύο μέρες χάθηκαν από τις διακοπές μας και το παιδί ήταν στο κρεβάτι. Επέστρεψα στο εστιατόριο για να ενημερώσω και να τους ζητήσω να είναι πιο προσεκτικοί. Ο νεαρός που παρουσιάστηκε ως ιδιοκτήτης απλώς σήκωσε τους ώμους και με άφησε στη μέση του μαγαζιού χωρίς καμία απάντηση. Μουρμούρισε μόνο ότι «σίγουρα δεν φταίει το φαγητό». Πολύ απογοητευτική στάση. Με αυτήν τη συμπεριφορά είναι σίγουρο ότι δεν θα ξαναπάμε εκεί, δεν θα πάω κανέναν εκεί και δεν το συνιστώ σε κανέναν.

We have been visiting Irida Restaurant in Nea Skioni for years, but this time we had an unacceptable experience. Our first dinner of the holiday was there, and unfortunately, it ruined the first days of our trip. My child ordered shrimp pasta, which is usually a favorite, but this time didn’t taste good at all. Most of the shrimp were frozen, and on top they had put three fresh ones that were not cleaned properly (the digestive tract was still inside).

After the dinner, my child became sick: the next day she vomited, and even on the third day she still had diarrhea. Two days of our holiday were wasted, with my child lying in bed. I went back to the restaurant to tell them to be more careful and not serve frozen shrimp to others if it isn’t fresh because it can cause serious harm. The young man who said he was the owner just shrugged and left me standing in the middle of the restaurant without any response. He only mumbled, “it’s definitely not from the food.” Very disappointing attitude. With this behavior, we will definitely not go back, I won’t bring anyone there, and I wouldn’t recommend...

First off: Food is good and staff is friendly even when its stressful. Location is nice.

But, and this is mostly a note to the owner: Its friday evening, the restaurant is full but theres only one single person taking care of every table outside.

We had to wait 30min for drinks, 45min for a greek salad to arrive, 1+ hour for the rest of the food. This cannot be. The staff did their best to keep up with the customers, but it simply was not possible.

Busy times need to be planned better to not let customers wait that long.
