Ouzerie — Restaurant in Kassandra Municipality

We arrived at the restaurant 15 min before the kitchen closed (11pm), the table manager assigned us to a table in a protected area (it was HEAVILY raining and thundering) and we waited for someone to take our order. They brought us plates, the typical bread as a Greek Appetizer and water and when we were waiting for the waiter to take our order, someone else suddenly came to our table and told us that the kitchen wasn’t working anymore. They didn’t tell us anything about it beforehand and even showed us our table. There were even other customers that came AFTER us and even they were assigned to a table. They were obviously disappointed and angered as well to which the kitchen/management staff reacted in a really rude and passive aggressive way. I can’t say much about the food since we didn’t get to enjoy it unfortunately but I can tell you that their customer service and time management isn’t something I would expect from a restaurant in a tourist hotspot....

The Ouzerie is a Greek restaurant inside the Sani Club Hotel. Stunning views, amazing food and the manager Maria and her team are fantastic hosts, nothing is too much trouble.
