Horrible experience! Uncooked food for kids and unfortunately for a 5 star resort - management is horrible! The manager itself said “this can happen” so calmly and in a joking way that made us feel really bad for our kid receiving uncooked food!!! Again! Uncooked food! That is raw from the freezer just slightly taken through the frier… he said it’s done with the right temperature… what? The fish and food is uncooked… he never said sorry!
Really bad attitude! Again, stay away!
I asked the manager considering the food is uncooked what happens if my kid has a stomach bug or something and he said: I don’t really care, the resort should take care about it, legal and all…
All in all - 1 star restaurant stay away… there are 100% better restaurants in this marina also greek!
The manager there should’t work in HORECA, aggressive with my family when we told them the food is uncooked… spoke on a very agressive tone in front of my family, wife, kids - wanted to show he is a “male”… dude, you are not… in a 5 star resort if you behave like this you...
Read moreThe food is totally not worth the price tag. We expected higher quality similar to the one we have in ERGON at Thessaloniki. Yes, the food is tasty, but not special enough to account for the price. The cheapest main courses cost 25+ (pasta dishes), while a Greek salad or dakos 15 euros, and best of all 1l of water for 5 euros. Unacceptable. We left with a feeling of being scammed from the place. Maybe try a different village if you're a passer by at Sani. Seems like there's no reasonably priced alternative in the area. Note that despite the high cost, no courtesy treat is given at the end of the meal, as is...
Read moreLet’s start off by saying I’m a big fan of Ergon (in Athens and globally)…but not in Sani where they seem to have forgotten (perhaps due to a Sani deal with Nestle?) their quality coffee credentials and charge €7.50 for a NESPRESSO!😳😳😳 of Ergon cant serve up their usual Atens toasted Taf here, why open at all? They are simply destroying their brand equity by compromising to...
