Avli — Restaurant in Kassandra Municipality

Disappointing experience at Tomata. I went for my 10th anniversary and expected much more - it was not special like I hoped. Was told it was a romantic upscale restaurant, it was noisy and similar to the other more casual places on the marina. We were sat next to 2 tables of kids even though other tables were free. Tried 3-4 small dishes, none of which were remarkable with the zucchini fritters undercooked. Atmosphere and quality doesn’t match the prices. Vosporos just next door is a nicer atmosphere and much more reasonably priced. Fresco at Dunes is similar priced...

My wife highly talked about this restaurant for a while so on our next visit to Sani from the US we thought we would visit. We got there a little before 7 casually dressed from the beach at Sani. Restaurant was empty. The hostess took a look at us and informed us she had no openings until after 7:30.pm. We were highly disappointed as we have never been treated this way before. It is very sad that Greek resorts have become so choosy as to who dines and visits there. there. We have eaten at much nicer restaurants in the US and have never been...

Top notch restaurant nestled in the beautiful marina of Sani Beach in Halkidiki.

I did not take enough photos, because the atmosphere was so relaxing...and the servers were so solicitous, quickly and expertly placing portions on everyone’s plate. But everything was superb! From appetizers to salads to fish to rib eye and filet mignon, and finally the desserts! You haven’t lived until you taste their Pavlova.

Tomata has an outstanding wine list- we started with Voigner and later tried a new locally produced red - Nerantzi Syrah...
