Pomodoro Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Kassandra Municipality

There were four of us in the bar. We sat down and got a menu, after that I called the waiter and said we were ready to order, in the meantime a girl sat down next to us, 5 minutes passed, he passed us a few times. That girl who came ordered food from our waiter, and we asked if we could order, he replied that he would come now and started to leave, and we were already angry because we were waiting and other people were ordering before us. My mother asked how the girl ordered before us, then the waiter replied cheekily that she was alone, and we said that we had waited much longer than she did, then he turned and started to leave and we said that was not right. He said HMMM in passing, and my mother repeated HMMM after him because she couldn't believe how bad his behavior was. Then he comes back and asks brazenly WHAT'S THE PROBLEM, we tried to explain that we've been waiting much longer than that girl, but because of his tone and behavior, we decided it was best to leave the place because the situation could have escalated. It's a shame, the place looks great, and the food seems delicious, but this kind of behavior is really outrageous! The waiter had short hair, light hair, and was wearing a red scarf around his neck, it would be good for the owners to have a conversation with him, because he will definitely lose customers again...

We waited in line to get our place in the restaurant, after we made an order we were NOT INFORMED that we will wait for 1 hour to get 2 pizzas. After I we saw that the people who came after us got food before us I nicely asked our waiter how long will it take to get our food and he started being all sarcastic and rude saying that we were informed about the waiting time and this is not true but when I asked how is it possible that the people who came after us got the food before us he started raising his voice and saying that they ordered before us… And I asked him why is he raising his voice when I asked and I know that 2 tables that came after us got there orders before us. He started being all sarcastic and arrogant, we saw people complaining after we asked because it’s not normal to wait for 1 hour a small pizza. The only good thing in that restaurant is a girl that works as a hostess who was welcoming and friendly she knows how to do her job properly, everything else not worth it...

We came for early dinner because we have a toddler. Most of the tables outside were not set which was fine for us and we chose one of the tables for the convenience of avoiding the steps and carrying the stroller. When we sat one of the waiters asked us to sit upstairs because the table was not ready. What was not ready ? To put two paper placemats and salt and pepper? Sure, we didnt say anything we did as he asked us to. The food was tasty and ready quickly because we were the only customers at the time. We asked to pack us the remaining pizza, he just brought the box and put it on the table without offering any help. On the way out my husband was carrying our child and I was carrying the stroller. The two staff member were right in front of the stairs looking at me not even trying to help with the stroller.
