The food, of course, was equally impressive. We started with the Greek salad, and the zucchini croquettes, a delightful balance of fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The main courses were black angus rib-eye and a pork jowl. They were cooked to perfection, with every bite showcasing the chef’s expertise and attention to detail. And for dessert, we had millefeulle and a tiramisu which were simply divine, providing the perfect sweet ending to a flawless meal.

Lovely new restaurant in Kythnos Chora, with delicious cooking I would describe as refined Mediterranean but not quite fine dining, which makes it more relaxed and affordable. An interesting wine list with some little-known jewels from Greece further elevates the dining experience. Truly THE best restaurant in Kythnos. It deserves all 5 stars and more. My family and I were visiting the island and were disappointed again and again with a lot of other restaurants that claimed to have good reviews, yet weren't good. After we found Aella, I can, undoubtedly, state Aella is the island's best dining experience.
