We ordered Spaghetti Bolognaise along with Garlic Bread and chips and we were asked if we wanted this with our Main meal of Spaghetti Bolognaise and we said yes. We waited for least half hour then our Garlic bread and Chips turned up without our Spaghetti Bolognaise we were told it would be a few minutes. Another 20 minutes went by without our Spaghetti Bolognaise so had to ask where our meal was? Someone then brought our meal to us saying the Service had got mixed up and apologised for poor Service. Food was bland after waiting for it and by this time had eaten our Garlic Bread and Chips as it would have been cold waiting on our food. At end of meal we asked for our Bill and asked if our meal was ok by the Manageress? we replied we had been forgotten and had to chase our meal up with them! We visited this restaurant for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The Albanian waiter was incredibly kind and attentive – truly a fantastic guy. The atmosphere was lovely, and the food was delicious. However, when we returned the next day, things were quite different. The wine we had enjoyed the day before was not available, several of the dishes we wanted were also unavailable, and the grilled octopus I ordered came in a very small portion – it was dry and burnt.
