Symposium — Restaurant in Lefkada Municipality

Good morning! Last night, we ate at the acclaimed Symposio restaurant. Diversified menu, but bad food. We were a group of 10 people, and ALL of us did not like it at all. I ordered the meatballs (I don't remember the exact name anymore, it started with s). A terrible taste, they tasted as if they were expired, I left them on the plate. The potatoes were hard and had no taste. The rice was from a bag, terrible too. The Gyros had the burnt meat and potatoes as I mentioned above. Her mousaka was gross and dry. The lauded Greek evening was just a dance full of drunks and girls/men kicking their butts in front of us. Very, very crowded. We left more on the plate than we ate, because some of our group left the tavern, because they were sick of everything that was happening there. I ate much better at other taverns and cheaper. This is the opinion of our group, but please read this review before booking a table at this restaurant. I recommend Symposio if you want to feel sorry for spending money on food...

Simposium. A restaurant for the money and not the people. I know that, not many will read this, but I need to be honest

One of the first restaurants we tried, but never went back. First of, as one of many restaurants in lefkada, the waiters were not patient enough to see that we've just arrived and needed time to decide, which made it uneasy to be comfortable.

We also asked for oil to our table, which no one came to help.

Was expecting a calamari filled with tomatoes and feta cheese as it said in their menu, but when I opened it, it was empty...cool.

Overall it seemed that the waiters only cared to get people in to their restaurants, but when sitting at a table, the waiters stopped to care for them.

Sorry, but there are other restaurants worth spending money on, I mean, if you like to enjoy the time beeing, but also get a...

The food is good but the service has a lot to improve.

The place is too crowded for its available space. The stuff has the tendancy to squeeze clients even more.

The order we've placed was long waited (1,5 hours). When it was served it wasn't complete. They forgot to deliver some plates. Also, some of the drinks were wrongly delivered.

The stuff looks disorientated when they deliver the food.(which makes me think that they have no organization like table number, face memorising .etc)

They have a "greek night" with some greek dancers which seems a nice idea at the beging. The bad thing is that the sound of the music is terrible and the actual dance is havely influenced by the little space available.
