Τα 5 Φούμαρα Παραδοσιακη Ψησταριά. Απο λάθος επιλογή καθίσαμε στην ψησταριά 5Φ ΖΟΥΒΓΙΑΣ Ε.Ε, λογω παραδοσιακης όψης στην κεντρικη πλατεια του Μετσοβου. Απαράδεκτο φαγητό και κρεας που το σερβίρουν παραδοσιακα στη Λαδόκολλα.Στην χωριατικη σαλατα η ντομάτες ήταν για σαλτσα και άσχημες στη γευση. Οταν ενημερωσαμε για την αλλαγη μας ειπαν οτι ολες οι ντοματες ειναι ιδιες που εχει η κυρια απο την κουζινα που ηρθε μετα στο τραπεζι και συνεχισε να λεει εχω αγορασει 30 κιλα ωριμες ντοματες και ειναι ιδιες τι να κανω να της πετάξω. Αν θελετε μπορω να διαλεξω της ντοματες απο την σαλατα και να βαλω αλλες απο της ιδιες που αγορασα απο τα 30 κιλα. Την δεύτερη φορα που την καλεσαμε της ειπα να ακυρωσει την χρέωση,μας ειπε οτι δεν γινεται γιατι την πειραξαμε την σαλατα. Ανεφερα οτι οι αξιολογηση δεν βοήθεια με αυτη την χαλια ποιότητα και μας ανεφερε να την γράψουμε επώνυμα αν ειμαι αντρας και οτι θα παει στον δικηγόρο της. Φευγωντας ενω κρατουσε το τσιγκινο μπολ της χωριατικης σαλατας των 8,50€ μας το πεταει αγενεστατα πανω στο τραπεζι. Με τους αλλους πελατες να κοιτανε φοβισμενα με την συμπεριφορά της. Την ακουσα να λέει στους υπόλοιπους συναδέλφους της ψησταριάς με 23,51€ καταναλωση σιγα μην ασχοληθω μαζι τους. Ανοστο φαγητό δεν καταλαβαίνεις την γεύση από τα πολλά μπαχαρικά που περιέχει το σουβλακι που το βάφτισαν κοντοσούβλι σε βεργα με παραδοσιακή υπεραξια.

Aus Versehen setzten wir uns wegen des traditionellen Aussehens an den Grill 5F ZOUVGIAS E.E. am zentralen Platz von Metsovo. Unakzeptables Essen und Fleisch, wie es traditionell in Ladokolla serviert wird. Die Tomaten im Dorfsalat waren für die Soße gedacht und schmeckten schlecht. Als wir die Änderung meldeten, erklärte man uns, dass alle Tomaten dieselben seien wie die der Küchendame, die später an den Tisch kam und immer wieder sagte: „Ich habe 30 Kilo reif Tomaten gekauft und sie gehören mir. Was soll ich tun, außer sie wegzuwerfen? Wenn Sie möchten, kann ich mir ihre Tomaten aus dem Salat aussuchen und andere von den 30 Kilo nehmen, die ich gekauft habe.“ Als wir sie das zweite Mal anriefen, bat ich sie, die Rechnung zu stornieren. Sie sagte uns, das sei nicht möglich, weil wir den Salat verdorben hätten. Ich erwähnte, dass die Bewertungen bei dieser schlechten Qualität nicht weiterhelfen, und sie sagte uns, wir sollten ihren Namen angeben, wenn ich ein Mann sei, und dass sie sich an ihren Anwalt wenden würde. Sie verließ den Laden mit der Blechschüssel des 8,50 € teuren Dorfsalats und warf ihn unsanft auf den Tisch. Die anderen Gäste sahen ihr verängstigt zu. Ich hörte, wie sie ihren restlichen Kollegen am Grill sagte, dass sie sich bei einem Konsum von 23,51 € nicht damit abgeben würden. Sie verstehen den Geschmack der vielen Gewürze nicht, die das Souvlaki enthält, das sie als Kontosouvli am Spieß mit traditionellem Mehrwert getauft haben. Höflichkeit ehrt Sie, Unhöflichkeit entehrt Sie. Sie müssen freundlich und fair mit dem Kunden umgehen.

There was a guy, possibly the owner, standing outside, inviting us in. We were tourists, it was the first time we visited Metsovo. We sat down and got given water immediately, which we had to pay for, and bread, we didn't even order. The menu had various options but was still limited. The meat, especially pork, smelled awfully, and the seasoning was too much, probably to hide the smell. I got to admit, though, the frech fries were amazing. We got our food in a short amount of time, which was positive. Before we left, we complained about the smell of the meat, we came as a group, and they were aggressive with us and threatened to sue because apparently we are disrespecting their shop. The overall experience was mediocre at best. The food was served with parchment paper, and those were also your plates. Prices were over the moon for the portions. It is in the middle of the centre so it attracts a lot of tourists. Find somewhere else to...

No plates in this greasy-spoon, food is just slopped onto paper placemats. Waiter spoke loudly and aggressively and service was indifferent and unattractive. Metsovo has some of the clearest, coldest waters coming to town fountains, but this place prefers to sell you bottles of Vikos water rather than bring you local water from 10m away fountains. Menu is very limited and mainly grilled meats. Too expensive for such poor levels of food and service. Due to situation on main square, this joint attracts many bus tourists so it looks busy, but is best avoided based on our experience. This place is a prime example of what happens when a town gets too touristic… the locals become complacent, uncaring and greedy. Definitely NOT recommended… go...
