Το τζάκι — Restaurant in Metsovo Municipality

The good-

Location is excellent and the view from the closed balcony is stunning .

The waiters give you the menu extra fast and the order arrived blazing fast.

The place look gret and it looks like they didnt save in this regards.

The food was ok, not great and not awful.

The bad-

Unfortunately , i was so cold ao i didnt read reviews before i chose this place.

The waiters ther, looks like they dont happy to see customers , such a cold service and welcome is rare to encounter .

I think that they should organize the working area, because we order wine and we didnt bring it, when we assk for it again , another waiter start the whole ordering process from the start, rather than just ask her colleagues what ia going on with the missing part of our order .

That wouldn't happen if every waiter had her working area , at least they should take care of minimum sync .

The ugly -

They charge us for the same missing wine twice, and luckily we noticed it and that was removed .

I think this place has an awesome potential and i do hope, that the owner will take this review as an opportunity to improve those points ,if he will, everyone will benefit from it.

In this point i can just say, chek other places there and read the reviews before getting...

The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff provided complimentary yogurt with honey at the end of the meal, which was a pleasant gesture. I ordered a lamb dish called Kleftiko. Unfortunately, the dish was very disappointing. Although Kleftiko is traditionally prepared with lamb, potatoes, cheese, and vegetables wrapped in foil, this version contained far more bone than meat. Moreover, the bones had disintegrated into the meat, vegetables, and cheese, resulting in numerous small bone fragments throughout the dish. It was unpleasant to eat, as I repeatedly encountered bone splinters and had to remove them while dining. Το μαγαζί είναι ακριβώς απέναντι από την πλατεία. Σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο ! Που σημαίνει ότι πολύ τουρίστες θα καθίσουν καθως ειναι το πρώτο που θα δεις ότι έχει καφέ .Ο καφές πολύ μέτριος ενώ θα έπρεπε τουλάχιστον καφέ να έχουν καλής Ποιότητας δεν φέρνουν νερό εμφιαλωμένο αλλά ποτήρια με νερό από την βρύση (ίσως έχουν φίλτρο ) . Η σερβιτόρα που μας πήρε παραγγελία ήταν ευγενική , όταν την ρωτήσαμε τι έχει το κατάστημα για πρωινό (επειδή δεν είχε κατάλογο ) μας είπε τοστ και τυρόπιτα -σπανακόπιτα , όταν πήραμε κατάλογο είδαμε ότι έχει πολλά περισσότερα όπως και ομελέτα . Στην παραγγελία είχαμε και έναν φυσικό χυμό . Η σερβιτόρα ( διαφορετική από την πρώτη ) που μας έφερε την παραγγελία ήταν εντελώς αγενέστατη! Όταν άφησε το χυμό στο τραπέζι λόγω του χρώματος του την ρώτησα εάν είναι φυσικός και μου λέει ναι φυσικός χυμός είναι φυσικός τι εννοείτε ; Και της λέω από πορτοκάλια που στύψατε τώρα ; Και με ύφος μου απάντησε ναι φυσικός είπαμε ! Εντελώς ειρωνική ! Πολλά μαγαζιά γράφουν στον κατάλογο φυσικός χυμός όμως εννοούν το συσκευασμένο χυμό του εμπορίου που γράφει φυσικός ! Είχε αρκετά νερά μάλλον λόγο της πόλης δουλειάς και της κούρασης . Στην συνέχεια που μας έφερε τα υπόλοιπα ήταν καλά.στο χυμό βρήκαμε μια τρίχα ! Το κυριότερο σε αυτό το κατάστημα είναι η καθαριότητα ! Οι τουαλέτες ήταν απαίσιες ! Μέσα στα βακτήρια .Πρέπει να καθαρίζονται συχνότερα και επίσης να βάλετε αυτοκόλλητο ποιες είναι γυναικείες και ποιες αντρικές ! Δηλαδή ήταν τραγικό αυτό ! Να μην ξέρεις σε ποια να πας και να κολλήσεις και τίποτα ! Η τυρόπιτα που πηραμε...
