Karma — Restaurant in Metsovo Municipality

Metsovo has few coffee places and bars around the central square. I chose Karma café to enjoy an evening oinomelo. Oinomelo is a hot honeyed red wine with spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. They nailed it! The decoration is ‘complicated’, since you can see the Italian Comentia del Arte’s Harlequin and a small tuba along with Christmas balls and lights.

Tip: If you cannot stand smoking then do not sit down, because the management of the store allowed other customers to smoke inside with closed...

The place is illegally allowing to smoke inside. Maybe for Greeks, especially locals, this is ok as they all smoke, even next to their kids, but not everyone is keen to passive smoke. Decent coffee, hence not 1 star, but nothing to eat except...

A place I always enjoy returning when I'm in Metsovo. They make good coffee, drinks are fine too. It's cosy, all day long, both inside and outside under the trees, music is always great and occasionally there are live...
