Let me start by saying that Thymari restaurant is the best restaurant in Agia Marina. We’ve been many times in Aegina and we’re always amazed with the new dishes that they serve. The service is fast, friendly, always with a warm smile and very happy to help with any questions regarding the menu. This year we tried “Oinoe salad”, fresh ray fish, feta cheese in a phyllo dough with honey and pistachio, shrimp with orzo, zucchini squash balls and shrimp saganaki. We enjoyed everything.We’ll definitely be back again soon and we always recommend visiting Thymari restaurant to everyone! For us is the place to go to if you want to experience authentic greek food and hospitality at its best!!

The best restaurant we' ve ever been to in Aegina! Everything we' ve tried was excellent. Great product quality, amazing recipes and the friendliest stuff. The standard menu includes great appetizers, fresh and colourful salads of extraordinary imagination, incredible sweets and amazing dishes for both seafood and meet lovers. The food presentation is unique, as well. Also, everyday there are some different recipes of the day, available only then, which I recommend blindfondedly.

I went there twice. First I ordered mushrooms pasta and it was good. The next day I got pork with mushed potatoes, but instead of potatoes they brought some sort of powder solution that tastes nothing like potatoes. They should warn people in advance that they are using cheap substitutes like this because when I order potatoes I expect to be served real potatoes by default. Otherwise it's a nice place, they also offer a small desert on the house.

Truely friendly and nice staff, I must say, but I am almost feeling sorry for them. Not because of them... this is a tourist place and I guess they have to adapt... The "greek" food was average compared to many other more simple places we have visited in Greece... but I am sure they can do better ! We took the house wine, easy to drink and cool, but since when is a muscat a dry wine.... I took today's fish, fried shark, good but very standard taste, nothing I will remember. My wife had the Thymari salad, good though the bottom was drowning in dressing. Maybe our sitting was not optimal as the food "tasted" more like the waffles from the neighbouring shops.. Too much to say about this place. I am only gonna review this compared to other places in Agia Marina. It has the best looking dishes and most delicious recepies at affordable prices. The place is spacious and decorated in a Greek theme. All the employees are more than kind and willing to help at any point. Best reataurant I tried in Agia Marina in my opinion. You shouldn't miss trying it. And to all the people out there, you're doing an outstanding job!!!
