Great Restaurant, with great Italian food in Aegialis, Amorgos in the Greek Islands. Near where the ferries arrive. Please note this restaurant used to be called Frou Frou, but is now called ‘IL Mulino’.

We nearly missed trying here, but are so glad we did. We have kept coming back as the pizza and pastas are among the best pizzas we have tasted… anywhere! The pizzas have a light and tasty crust, with top quality tomato base and stretchy mozzarella cheese. We had the roast vegetable topping pizza and the quality and taste kept us coming back. The pastas are also delicious. The pesto and tomato based pastas are excellent. The salads are fresh and good value.

My favorite restaurant on the island. The bolognaise is perfect and reasonably priced. I ate it two days in a row! My wife got the Seafood Pasta. The shrimp were deviend, which is the first time I had that in Greece and it is much appreciated! Still had the heads on it, but that's easy to deal with.

The menus currently posted do not do justice to what is available. Over the week I was here in Aegiali I ate at Frou Frou four times. The pizza is exceptional but the pasta was unbelievable. Add to that one of the best views in the village and you have an unbeatable combination. Owner and staff are the best as well. See you in 2026 when...
