While trotting through the paths of Chora we discovered this incredible bohemian restaurant. This is a small village and it's the type of place most people have never been. Nothing is smooth and nothing is flat. It's more like a maze where you come upon a treasure at every turn. Kath' odon was our treasure that evening. We had 3 delicious dishes; puree fava beens, aubergine with onions and pork cooked in plum sauce. The first two dishes were cooked in clay pots. Each dish was so good and full of flavor. The food was excellent – we had the Greek salad, sardines, and fried cheese, all of which were delicious. The fresh orange juice was also a highlight – probably the only one on the island served without ice, in a big glass, and it tasted amazing. Just a little tip: as everywhere on the island, watch out for the cats trying to steal something off your table – they’re cheeky but funny! Definitely...
